Vantek’s modular approach to calibration control software solutions allows the user to build his or her calibration control program to fit specific needs. As a company’s needs change, modules may be added to expand the scope of the calibration control program.

The heart of our software is our Calspex report writer module. This is a stand alone program which is used in all levels. When modules are added they are building blocks that support Calspex.

The Recall Database is the control portion of our software the database is automatically updated as reports are saved. Unlike other calibration software packages the database has a specific number of fields all of which are used to keep track of your gages and their recall and history. The database does not hold your actual calibration data only the information you need to retrieve it, the re-calibration information and the calibration history. Because we don’t fill the database with information that can be more easily stored elsewhere we have the ability to keep track of literally millions of calibration instances whether they are from a great number of gages or the same gages calibrated many times.
